COURSE DETAILS:
This leadership workshop is designed to enable participants to develop their self-awareness including an awareness of our perceptions, assumptions and biases. Based on the assumption that leadership is not a position but who you are, participants will begin to explore what it means to lead in their specific context and their specific strengths and challenges in doing so. Participants will have an opportunity to explore emotional intelligence and its relationship to leadership effectiveness.
