Paul Powell is a Senior Manager in the Reynolds and Reynolds Product Management Department. He started with Universal Computer Systems in 1985. Among his duties at that time as a Client Support Representative was helping dealerships manage their parts inventory on paper pads. Throughout the years, he has had responsibilities for the development of a variety of products including Parts Inventory Control, Parts Invoicing, OEM interfaces for US, Canada and the UK, and is now responsible for some of Reynolds' Fixed Ops products, including Relo.

Damon Egan, Service Manager at Sherwood Ford. A  recognized leader in automotive service, Damon won the $50,000 Service Manager Challenge in 2017 and was named Canada's Top Service Manager in 2018 and 2019. With experience across leading automotive brands, including Ford, Kia, Hyundai, and Nissan, he is known for his innovative approach to service operations and consistently delivering exceptional performance.
